Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made for the following are generally non-refundable:

• Website Design & Development
• SEO & Digital Marketing
• Software Development
• Mobile App Development
• Branding Services

Advance payments are considered booking and resource allocation fees. They are non-refundable under all standard circumstances, as they represent commitment of time and resources from our team.

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The Company fails to initiate the project within agreed timelines without valid reason
• A duplicate payment is made accidentally
• The service cannot be delivered due to internal Company limitations

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.

No refunds shall be provided under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after project confirmation
• Delayed client response causing project hold
• Lack of required materials or content from the client
• Project cancellation initiated by the Client
• Dissatisfaction due to subjective design preferences after approval
• SEO rankings, traffic, or advertising performance expectations

The following third-party costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are paid directly to external providers:

• Domain registration and renewal fees
• Hosting and server charges
• Paid plugins, themes, and templates
• API subscriptions and software licenses
• Advertising spend (Google, Meta, etc.)

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced:

• Charges for all completed work shall apply
• Any remaining balance may be adjusted at Company discretion

Clients agree to contact Invictus Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

False or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension and legal action.
